- Only Dance shoes with black soles allowed in the studio (no outdoor shoes)
- The hair fixed (out of the face)
- No jewelry on
- No chewing gum, food and/or soft drinks brought into the studio, only a bottle or water bottle filled with water is allowed
- No drinking during class unless given the opportunity by the teacher
- No parents, friends or girlfriends in the room during class
